Energy Bites

The easiest, most delicious sweet treat that will keep you wanting more.

Energy Bites (aka: Crack Bites)

adapted from Smashed Peas and Carrots

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:  

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill bowl in the fridge for at least an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls. Store energy bites in the fridge for up to one week… that is if they last that long! 🙂

Jake and I could not get enough of these little balls of goodness. I first came across them on Moneysavingmom and immediately went to the kitchen to make them. Thankfully we had everything I needed. I cannot wait to see what goodies I put in my energy bites for my next batch!
